The MoreCare Provider Portal is the primary resource for network providers to:
- View Member and patient eligibility, including history and benefits
- View claim status
- View your Explanation of Payments (EOP)
- Submit electronic authorization requests and review the status of your requests
- View PCP panel roster, as applicable
MoreCare has a new population health tool, ProviderLink, that providers can access through the MoreCare Provider Portal.
Use ProviderLink to review:
- HEDIS measure performance
- Gaps in care member lists
- Member claims history
